2. Created Operation SOPs specific to verticals – FIS, FES, FEA, FIA
3. Defined the Tasks , milestones
4. Defined triggers , customized events for the escalation matrix.
5. Automated Task assignment to Primary colleagues
6. Automated Milestone completion and escalation s per escalation matrix

It was rather a complex SOP which was simplified and base lined , captured in CargoWise. This automation provided 60% effort benefit compared what it was before work flow automation and precision of delivery increased immensely.
